Some say you should be able to feel a dog's ribs. For the record I can feel Nora's ribs. I just have to push pretty hard.

The only way Nora's hair could get any shorter is if she were bald. Nora is NOT a fluffy dog.
However, if you want to argue she's big boned, I might back you on that one -- considering my own obese pet.
Or how's this, "She's not fat — she's free spirited."
